By accessing and using Remoasset's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These terms apply to all users of the service, including customers, partners, and visitors.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

  • With 30 days written notice for convenience
  • Immediately for material breach of terms
  • If required by law or regulation
  • Upon termination, you will lose access to the service and any data stored therein. We will provide reasonable assistance for data export before termination takes effect.

Service Description

Remoasset provides a comprehensive device lifecycle management platform that includes:

  • Global device procurement and shipping services
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) integration
  • Asset tracking and inventory management
  • Device recovery and buyback programs
  • Compliance and security management tools
  • Services are provided “as is” and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Report any security vulnerabilities or issues

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remoasset shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or technical failures
  • Third-party actions or content
  • Force majeure events beyond our control
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
